Who is Saint Joseph? His feast day is March 19th and Saint Joseph is the patron saint of workers.  The Month of March is dedicated to Saint Joseph.  Pope Pius IX declared Joseph to be both the patron and the protector of the Catholic Church.  He was married to Mary, the mother of Jesus and the legal father of Jesus.
